Summer is almost here! It’s a beautiful day as I sit and write this and it feels like it’s time to drink something summery.

This drink is barely a recipe, but at the same time I love the idea so much that I had to share it with you!  So yes, very simple, but very lovely and refreshing. I get tired of drinking water all day, but I don’t want to add the calories of a heavier lemonade or plain juice.

So … I froze cranberry juice into ice cubes. Why haven’t I don’t this before? It’s so lovely!  And let’s face it, red ice cubes are just beautiful! You could take this idea and use it in a lemonade or even iced tea for a lovely refreshing, not bad for you drink!  You can even put it in a cocktail!

Sit back, relax, have a cranberry cooler and enjoy the start of spring!
